OctoTribe Return & Refund Policy

At OctoTribe, our goal is to deliver products you love while making a positive impact on ocean restoration. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right - quickly, fairly, and sustainably.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items if they are:

• Unused, unwashed, and in original condition

• In original packaging with tags attached

• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Items not eligible for return:

• Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear

• Items marked as Final Sale

2. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product).

3. How to Start a Return

To request a return, email us at gal@octotribe.com with:

• Your order number

• Item(s) you wish to return

• Reason for the return

• Photos if the item arrived damaged or defective

Once approved, we’ll provide detailed return instructions.

4. Refunds

 

• Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your item.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

• If your order was part of a “Buy One, Get One” or bundle promotion, returns may affect promotional pricing and refund amounts.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same product in a different size or color (subject to availability). If the replacement is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund.

 

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• Include clear photos of the defect and packaging.

• We’ll replace it at no additional cost or issue a full refund.

 

7. Sustainable Returns

We’re committed to reducing waste:

• Returned items in good condition may be resold, donated, or repurposed.

• Whenever possible, we encourage exchanges over returns to reduce environmental impact.
